Refund Policy

Returns

Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't Offer you a refund or
exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15%
restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at info@invencibleshoes.com and we are happy to assist you with your
request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for socks and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original
payment, within a 2-3 business day.

Cancellation

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option
appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
